Capital Environment Pvt Ltd was established in 2004 with the following objectives:

• To cooperate industries to develop and promote renewable energy technologies.

• To conduct training/seminar/workshops in order to impart (disseminate) knowledge, skills related to renewable energy as per needs.

• To promote and market consumer products manufactured and produced by partner organizations.

At present CE Pvt Ltd is actively involved in manufacturing and marketing solar tukis in rural areas where access to MHP or grid line is not possible. Solar tuki is replacing kerosene wick lamp in these areas. It also contributes to enhancing studying hours of students as and when they prefer, without troubling themselves about the light. The illuminating power of solar tuki has proven to be better than other lighting sources and specially the kerosene wick lamp. With the help of solar tuki individuals can prolong their work hours and benefit in productivity. Likewise, solar tuki production facilitates job opportunities to distributors and staff members involved in its services. The ample distributors help greatly in distributing the solar tuki’s all over the country.

CE Pvt Ltd has been actively involved in capacity building of human resources to repair and maintain the solar tuki after sales.

The following new activities are started:
• Solar drying of agriculture products; that is, food items, such as Masaura, dried tomatoes, etc. These organically processed food items become highly healthy to consume.

• Marketing of dried and processed food products in Nepal; providing high quality products enable prospective marketing to both rural and urban areas. Being organically produced becomes a huge plus point.

• Capacity building of human resources for drying and food processing of various food products/items by providing field base training; human resource has become the key to any succeed in any business. By uplifting it through proper training and staffing enhances capacity building of human resources.

• Introduction of mechanization in agriculture to enhance productivity; technological improvement is a must, and CE Pvt Ltd, will assure products of the highest quality to facilitate consumers all over Nepal.

• R & D on food products using related technologies for food security. With proper analysis of the market and improved technology, the products will be of highest value and worth to consumers
